Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the Delaware Valley Regional High School District Board of Education will conduct a Special Board Meeting on Monday, March 26, 2012 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the District Office Conference Room of the Delaware Valley Regional High School, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ. The Board will enter immediately into Executive Session. The purpose of the meeting is to review the superintendent’s employment contract.

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2011/2012 PROPOSED SCHOOL BUDGET
Notice is hereby given to the legal voters of the Delaware Valley Regional High School District in the County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey that a Public Hearing on the proposed 2011-2012 School Budget will be held in the School Library, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ on Monday, March 28, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
Immediately following said Public Hearing, the Board of Education shall take formal action to amend and/or adopt the proposed budget as the Final Budget to be presented to the legal voters at the Annual School Election to be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The School District has proposed programs and services in addition to the Core Curriculum Content Standards adopted by the State Board of Education. Information on this budget and the programs and services it provides is available from your local school district.
This budget is available for public inspection at the Board of Education Office, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the days in which school is in session.

Pursuant to P.L. 2007, Chapter 53, the Delaware Valley Regional High School Board of Education is providing public notice of its intent to take action to amend and/or modify contract terms and conditions of the school districts Superintendent as it relates to Shared Services at a meeting to be held on Monday, October 25, 2010 beginning at 7:00 PM in the Library of the Delaware Valley Regional High School, 19 Senator Stout Road, Frenchtown, NJ 08825
Members of the public are invited to submit public comments regarding the appointment of the Superintendent. The board, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b), the Open Public Meetings Act, shall not publicly discuss personnel matters and shall not respond to comments made by members of the public.
