Delaware Valley Regional High School maintains a Student Accident Policy that offers coverage for its student population during the school day. Any injuries that occur during the school day are eligible for coverage through our policy with Monarch Management Corporation. If injured at school, students must report to the school nurse to complete a student accident injury form. This report will serve as evidence that an injury has occurred as well as to document the injury and what treatment was provided by the district staff.
If an injury results in out-of-pocket medical expenses, you may consider filing a claim. A claim can be filed by completing the Claim form and forwarding to the school nurse to complete the process. Please be aware that any personal insurance coverage will be primary while the Student Accident Policy will provide supplemental coverage.
Parents have the option of purchasing voluntary insurance coverage. Available plans and premiums are available at website.
