Who Are We?
The Delaware Valley Regional High School Tri-M Music Honor Society serves as the honors component of our music program, integrating with our school's gifted and talented initiative. Our mission is to promote excellence in music education and to recognize students who strive for mastery in their musical studies.
Through membership, students are encouraged to deepen their understanding of music and are rewarded for their achievements with induction into the chapter. Those who reach honor ranks and scholar distinctions are celebrated for their exceptional accomplishments, reflecting our commitment to fostering a community of excellence in music.

We, the members of the Delaware Valley Regional High School Music Department
in order to foster a greater continued interest
and a desire for excellence in music performance;
to encourage appreciation and awareness in listening to music;
to promote wider opportunities for sharing joy through music
to both within our school and within our community
to advance the spirit of good music and musical knowledge;
and to enhance the reputation of our school as a center for musical enrichment;
accept the honor now granted to us.
Meetings & Qualifications for Membership
Chapter membership meetings are usually held on the third Monday of the month in B98-99 from 10:45am-11:25am.

How Do I Become A Member?
Membership Criteria
Candidates for induction into the Delaware Valley Regional High School Tri-M Music Honor Society are selected based on their commitment to scholarship, character, leadership, and service.
Scholarship signifies scholastic achievement and an open-minded pursuit of knowledge and truth.
Character embodies a commitment to high ideals, embracing unity and respect among people from diverse backgrounds.
Leadership inspires us toward meaningful goals, setting an example for others to follow.
Service reflects our dedication to supporting others through assistance and acts of kindness.
Qualifications for Membership:
To be eligible for membership, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Ensemble Participation: Completion of 5 credits (one full year) in a curricular performance ensemble and current enrollment in a curricular or extra-curricular performance ensemble for at least one semester of the current school year.
Academic Excellence: A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale in all non-music courses and at least a 3.5 GPA in all music courses.
Positive Conduct: Consistent, school-appropriate behavior in all activities associated with Delaware Valley.
Service and Performance Commitment: Dedication to completing 8-10 music-related service hours and participating in at least one additional performance each school year.
