Poetry Out Loud
Poetry Out Loud is a national recitation contest that begins on a school-wide level all across the country. Competitors will memorize, prepare, and perform recitations of well-known poems for a panel of judges. The winner from each school progresses to the regional competition, the state-wide competition, and ultimately the national competition featuring representatives from every state in Washington, D.C.
