Nomination Information

Guidelines for making nominations to the Del Val Hall of Fame for the Arts

Nominate Artistic Graduates, Teachers, Directors, Actors, Singers, Media Masters, Woodworkers, Writers, Ensembles, Or Even Productions!

Please submit as much relevant information as you can about your nominees, such as:

-which graduating class they were in or what years they worked at Del Val

-which roles they played in which productions

-what medium they worked in (theater, art, dance, music, film, woodwork, writing, editing, TV Media, etc.)

-other honors or awards they achieved

Also, explain why you believe they should be inducted.

You can include testimonials from other people, video or audio recordings of performances, photographs, writing samples, images of their works of art, and anything else that you think would convince a panel of judges to select your nominee. It is up to you to make the case.

All information must be received by Jan. 15 of each year to be considered for that year's class.

More about the Hall of Fame:

Nominees can be graduates who have been out of Del Val for at least a year, current or former teachers or directors, and ensembles or stage productions of at least a year ago. The graduate nominees can be visual artists, on-stage or off-stage theatrical people, graphic designers, singers, musicians, writers, on-camera or off-camera TV/video people, and fine woodworkers.  

The induction banquet will take place at Del Val High School in the late winter or early spring. (Tentative date: Friday, May 10 before the spring play.)
